Copy it from the order list in your account. Without it we are searching by hand, and the reply takes a round trip it did not need to.

The link you submitted
The same profile or post link that went with the order. If the username changed since, send both the old and the new one.

When it changed
"It stopped at 340 on Thursday night" points at something. "It did not work" does not.
