By using buyinstagram.org and placing an order with BuyInstagram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We sell social media growth packages (followers, likes, views, comments, and related metrics) delivered to public profiles or posts you specify. We never ask for your account password.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate usernames, profile links, or post URLs.
• Keep the target profile or post public and accessible during delivery.
• Use services in compliance with each platform's rules and applicable law.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to purchase.

4. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Payment is due in full before delivery begins. Failed or reversed payments may cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Start times and pacing vary by package size and platform. Estimates on product pages are guides, not guarantees — but undelivered orders are covered under our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

BuyInstagram is not liable for indirect losses, account actions taken by third-party platforms, or results beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
