Refund Policy

1. Delivery guarantee

BuyInstagram stands behind every order. If we fail to start delivery within the timeframe shown at checkout, or your order stops far short of what you purchased, contact support for a refund.

2. When refunds apply

• The service was not delivered as described on the package page.
• Your order has not started processing within 48 hours of payment.
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Delivery failed due to an error on our side — not because your profile was private, restricted, or deleted mid-order.

3. When refunds do not apply

• You entered the wrong username or post link and delivery completed to that target.
• Your account was private, age-restricted, or suspended before or during delivery.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting support first.

4. How to request help

Email support through our Contact page with your order ID and the username or link used. Most cases are resolved within one business day.
