Frequently Asked Questions
Grouped by where a question comes up rather than by topic. The refill section is the long one, because five of the twelve services have no refill at all and that is the thing people find out too late.
Before you order
What do you need from me?
A public username for follower and subscriber services, or a link to the post or video for likes, comments and views. That is the entire list. No password, no login, no third-party app authorisation - not for any service on this site.
Does my account have to be public?
Yes, and this is the most common reason an order fails. A private account cannot receive delivery. Make it public before ordering; switching back afterwards does not remove what has already been delivered.
How much should a first order be?
Most services open at 100, and that minimum exists so you can see one delivery before committing. Instagram followers and likes go down to 10, TikTok likes to 20. The one service with a high floor is YouTube ad views at 3,000, which is the supplier's requirement rather than ours.
Which platforms can I actually order for?
Whatever the platform pages list as orderable. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube services are live. If a service page will not accept an order, that service is not currently available from our supplier - the page stays up because the situation changes.
What the price means
How do you set prices?
Supplier cost plus 30%, on every service. Instagram followers cost us $2.80 per 1,000 and sell for $3.64; YouTube subscribers cost $25.00 and sell for $32.50. Nothing here is priced by what a metric is "worth".
Why do views cost $0.01 and subscribers $32.50?
Because that is the gap in what they cost to source, and the markup does not change between them. A view is close to free to produce at scale; a subscriber who stays subscribed is not. The spread on this site is the supplier's spread.
Is a country-targeted service worth the difference?
It depends what you are buying it for. Nobody visiting your profile can tell where your followers live, so for appearances the global tier is identical and cheaper. Country targeting changes who the platform models your audience as, and what shows up in a brand's audience audit.
Are the package sizes fixed?
The ladders run from 100 to 200,000 across 11 steps on most services. Where a service has a lower supplier ceiling, larger orders are split rather than refused.
Refills - read this before choosing
Which services have no refill at all?
Five of the twelve: Instagram views, YouTube subscribers, USA Instagram followers, Chinese-language Instagram followers and Chinese-language Instagram likes. If those numbers drop, nothing is topped back up. It is stated on each of those pages, and it is the single most useful thing to check before ordering.
Which ones do have a refill?
Thirty days on Instagram followers, Instagram likes, TikTok likes, TikTok views and YouTube ad views. One hundred and eighty days on the two Korean services - the longest window on this site. The TikTok likes tier refills automatically and needs no request.
What does a refill actually cover?
The count, not the accounts. If the number falls below what your order delivered while the window is open, the shortfall is topped back up. It is not a promise that nothing drops - platforms sweep accounts continuously and every source loses some.
How do I claim one?
Write to support with the order number, inside the window. There is no way to add a refill to a service that does not have one; the supplier does not offer it on those products, so we cannot either.
After you order
My order is larger than the per-order ceiling. What happens?
It gets split into several orders and delivered in sequence. The tight ceilings are Chinese-language followers at 800, the two Korean services at 1,000 and Chinese-language likes at 3,000, so a large order there stretches out noticeably. If you are working to a date, ask support about the current pace first.
Can one order cover several posts?
No. Likes, comments and views are one order per post or video. Several posts means several orders, and an order pointed at the wrong link cannot be redirected once the supplier has accepted it.
The number has stopped moving. Is it broken?
Not necessarily. On several services a few hours of no movement is the normal delivery rhythm. Send support the order number and we will check its real state at the supplier, which is the only view either of us has.
Can this get my account banned?
Nothing we deliver touches your account - no login, no authorisation, no app. The risk lives in how the platform reads the metrics, and no supplier can decide that on the platform's behalf. Ordering a quantity close to your current scale is meaningfully safer than ordering one that stands out.
